NRAS Opportunities
The National Rental Affordability Scheme has presented a unique opportunity for investors to benefit from providing housing at an affordable price. Returns under NRAS can be significantly higher than renting a property at market rent. Under the Scheme, the HHC has partnered with a number of developers to provide NRAS units and houses for sale to investors. The properties will be sold with either a head lease to the HHC (as Horizon outside the Gold Coast), or under a Property Management Agreement.
