Delfin Lend Lease is innovative about creating a range of houses to suit working families and people – including key workers, with diversity making the community a great place to live. The key worker homes will be modern, architecturally designed multi-dwelling homes, offering excellent opportunities for property investors and first home buyers to enter the property market.

Located within the Woodlands community, these homes are a short distance from the well-serviced area of Beenleigh and in close proximity to local shops, employment, schools and childcare facilities. The key worker housing will support people working in service jobs such as health, education, retail and childcare and enable them to live closer to their work and continue to partake in jobs essential to the community.

Many essential jobs are not highly enough paid for workers to live where their services are needed, for example schools and hospitals. Some key worker housing at Woodlands will support members of the community who have been unable to save for their first home due to rising costs of rent, by providing rental accommodation at a reduced rate. The aim is to provide long-term and affordable rental for those in the community who need it most. Gold Coast Housing Company (GCHC) has purchased 3 blocks and will construct 3 multi dwelling Gallery Collection homes within Woodlands, with this project the first of the three.
