Tenancy Information (Rights & Obligations)
All Horizon Housing NRAS Tenancy’s are managed in accordance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 and every tenant will have a lease detailing the terms of your tenancy. To assist with understanding what your rights and obligations are throughout your tenancy we have included some fact sheets here.

Troubleshooting
While all our NRAS properties are brand new, our staff do receive calls about different maintenance issues that arise. We have provided a list below of some of the common situations that have been raised with our team in the past, and what action should be taken prior to calling Horizon Housing. Please call us if you feel there are concerns with your property, this guide has been provided to ensure the problem is rectified as efficiently as possible.
Every quarter Horizon Housing will send all tenants an update on our activities for the previous 3 months. These will (where possible) be sent via email. You can access previous versions of our newsletter here.
