GCHC gain full 3-year Accreditation

The Gold Coast Housing Company (GCHC) received a full three year accreditation from the Department of Communities Standards and Accreditation Unit today, highlighting the quality of our community housing operations.

The GCHC was assessed against the National Community Housing Standards, which sets the standards for service delivery in the community housing sector Australia wide.

After a vigorous assessment of our policies and procedures, interviews with tenants and interviews with staff, the Accreditation Assessment Panel decided to award the GCHC with a full three year accreditation.

The GCHC joins only 11 other accredited community housing providers in Queensland.

Our precursor companies, Gold Coast Vision Housing and Gold Coast Community Housing Association, were previously accredited under the Scheme.
