The Gold Coast Housing Company is proud to report the initial stages of construction have begun on our first State-Funded community housing development in Southport.

 

When completed, the project will include 6 two bedroom units and three one bedroom units in a three storey unit block with basement car parking.  The building will incorporate environmentally friendly features including water tanks, low-emissions gas hot water systems and bicycle storage

 

The project is the second of the GCHCs to commence construction. A further two projects are currently in the development approval stages with the Gold Coast City Council
