Emergency Accommodation
If you are currently homeless and in need of emergency accommodation, contact Homeless Persons Information Queensland by freecall 1800 47 47 53.
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide emergency accommodation.
Community Housing
If you are in need of housing assistance, the first step is to contact the Department of Communities (Housing and Homelessness Services), and apply for the One Social Housing Waitlist. All of our tenants come from this waitlist.
Once you are on the Waitlist, the Department will contact us when we have a vacancy to provide us with the tenants who match our vacant properties.
If you are interested in renting a new property at a 25% discount from the market rent, have an income and earn less than the eligibility requirements, then NRAS properties may be for you. To apply for NRAS, first you must register with the Department of Communities.
If you are eligible, once you are placed on the waitlist, we will contact you when we have a suitable vacancy.
